Local Service Booster SEO ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone, business name, website address and anything you write in a form, including the website audit and the onboarding form after a purchase.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing address and the details of your purchase, but never your full card number.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send the audit report you asked for.
- To set up, deliver and support the website or plan you bought, and to bill you for it.
- To send occasional follow-up about our services, with an unsubscribe link in every message, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and our email delivery provider, and only as needed for them to do that work. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and audit details for up to two years, and customer and billing records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Email [email protected].
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages to prevent fraud.
