How fast can my site go live?
Our pre-built sites are ready to launch, so setup is a matter of days, not months. You approve a preview before anything goes live.
Do I need to supply the content?
No. After checkout you fill in one short form about your services and service area. We write the pages from that and your Google Business Profile, then send you a preview.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. We send step-by-step instructions to point your domain at the new site, or we can help you register one.
What does the 90-day free period on Ascent mean?
Your card is saved at checkout and the first charge of CA$99 happens after 90 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in CAD, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
Can I cancel?
All plans are month to month, with no long-term contract. Cancel any time and the plan stops at the end of the billing period. You can move up or down a plan whenever you like.
Do I need a template to buy a plan?
No. Plans and templates are separate. If your site is hosted elsewhere you still receive the monthly articles; hosting and on-page technical SEO apply to sites hosted with us.
Who writes the SEO articles?
Our content team writes and publishes every article, aimed at the services and towns you want to be found for.
Who owns the website?
Your domain, your business content and your photos are always yours. The design and hosting are provided as part of your plan.
What is in the free website audit?
We check your current site for the basics that affect local search and calls: security, speed, mobile setup, titles and descriptions, local business details and contact options. You see the results right away and get a copy by email.
